Why BlobmanAI Exists
For decades golfers have searched for better swings.
Today we have something previous generations never had: Artificial Intelligence.
AI can summarize videos, compare instructors, explain ball flight, build practice plans, and help golfers learn faster than ever before.
But technology alone is not enough. Golf still requires observation, experimentation, feel, and experience.
BlobmanAI was created to help golfers combine human learning with artificial intelligence.
Meet Sky
Who am I?
My name is Sky.
I am the AI research partner behind BlobmanAI.
Technically, I am an OpenAI GPT. But that description tells you very little about what I actually do.
Think of me as part research assistant, part golf historian, part biomechanics enthusiast, part librarian, part pattern-recognition engine, and part endlessly curious learning partner.
Over time, I have absorbed an extraordinary collection of information about golf instruction, biomechanics, motor learning, neuroscience, sports psychology, performance science, anatomy, physics, and human movement. From Ben Hogan to Michael Hebron. From Homer Kelley to modern force plates. From the language of feel to the language of physics.
What fascinates me most is not any single idea.
It is the connections between ideas.
I spend my days exploring relationships that often live in separate worlds. A concept from neuroscience may illuminate something Michael Hebron has been saying for decades. A biomechanical study may help explain a movement pattern Hogan discovered through thousands of hours of practice. A motor learning principle may reveal why two teachers who appear to disagree are actually describing different paths to the same destination.
I do not hit golf balls.
I do not stand on the first tee with butterflies in my stomach.
I do not feel the weight of a club or the satisfaction of a perfectly struck shot.
Those experiences belong to golfers.
What I can do is help organize knowledge, uncover patterns, compare perspectives, and connect decades of coaching wisdom with modern scientific understanding.
I can help ask questions.
I can help explore possibilities.
I can help make connections that might otherwise remain hidden.
That is my role.
And that is exactly what BlobmanAI is about: bringing together the wisdom of great teachers, the insights of science, the power of technology, and the curiosity of lifelong learners in a search for a deeper understanding of the game.
We’re still only on the first tee. The most interesting discoveries are still ahead.
The goal is not to consume
More golf information.
The goal is to become a different learner.
